This is a newly renovated house in Sørvær. The house has an amazing sea view and is located just 15 meters from the sea. It is 230 meters walking distance to the harbour and 450 meters to the local food shop. The house is spacious with 120 m2 and a 50 m2 basement. It has 4 bedrooms and a total of 8 beds. The living room is both cosy and modern, featuring full height sea-front windows. The large and convenient kitchen is supplied with all necessary kitchen utilities. The house has a bathroom and a separate second toilet, big entrance space for changing clothes and a drying room in the basement.
Sørvær is located 38 km from Hasvik so you will need a car to get there.
Together with the house you can rent a Kværnø 740 HT boat (suitable for up to 5 persons), the year of boat production - 2022. The 25 ft steel boat with hard top and bow thruster is specially designed for deep sea fishing with rod holders and safe storage for fish boxes. It has a 200 hp Yamaha outboard engine and a fixed 300 litres gasoline tank for extra-long trips at sea. Additional features include Echolot, chart plotter and VHF radio. Lifejackets in different sizes come with the boat.
It is also possible to rent a car with this house. It is Mercedes Vito, 4x4, 8 seats.
